PYLI makes it easy to keep your attendees informed before and during your event. Use the Announcements feature to send important updates via email and push notifications.
✍️ Sending an Announcement
Open Your Event
From the admin dashboard, navigate to the event you want to manage.
Go to the Announcements Tab
In the event's navbar, click on the Announcements tab.
Create Your Announcement
Title: Add a short and clear headline for your message.
Body: Write the full message you want attendees to receive.
Choose When to Send
Click Send Announcement Now to deliver it immediately.
Or click Schedule Announcement to pick a date and time in the future.
? If scheduling, you can cancel the announcement anytime before it's sent.
? How Attendees Receive Announcements
Email: Sent to all attendees who have not unsubscribed.
Push Notification: Delivered to any attendee who has the PYLI app installed and has opened the event.
? Viewing Past Announcements
Public View: Past announcements are visible on your event’s ticket sales page.
In the App: Attendees can view all past messages under the Announcements module.
