When adding your card for a payment towards an event ticket order, often we will make a pre-authorized charge to your account.


Sometimes at a later stage, your payment method is blocked. This can happen sometimes due to an invalid CVC or Zip code added as part of the card.


If your payment doesn't process completely, you may still see this pre-authorization on your list of transactions, however this will fall off automatically within a few days.
