If you are an admin for your organization with user management permissions, and you have a member who is having trouble signing in, you can trigger a password reset email on their behalf.
To do so:
- Go to the Admin module.
- Select Users & Access.
- Click the orange Manage User button next to the user who is having problems signing in.
- Near the bottom of the page you will see a link that says Request Password Reset.
- You will be presented with a dialog box confirming that you want to do this. Click OK.
- The member will receive an e-mal allowing them to reset their password and log in.
