Once you've purchased a ticket to the Theta Tau National Convention, you will be able to link it to the app.


What do you get by doing this? (as opposed to not linking your ticket)

  • A customized experience
  • Pre-register for sessions (applies to certain ticket types)
  • Get a reminder when you haven't checked in to a pre-registered session
  • View a directory of other attendees, one click call, message, email, or add to contacts
  • Opt out of sharing your phone or e-mail in the app directory
  • Vote during sessions (if you are a delegate and you have checked into that session)
  • Delegate your vote to your alternate (if authorized as a delegate)
  • Socialize with other attendees via comments and posts.
  • Get notified about comments on your posts, or posts you subscribe to
  • View your barcodes, including:
    • My E-Card: Scannable QR code for sharing contact information
    • My Badge: An electronic version of your attendee badge for scanning into sessions
    • My Ticket: Also useable for scanning into events, or for attendee lookup if you loose your paper badge


How to log in:

1. Once you download the app, open the navigation drawer on the top left

2. Select the login button located at the top of the drawer

3. Here you can either manually enter your information or scan your ticket/badge with your camera.

4. Select your preferred contact method to receive a verification code

  • note: if these are missing or incorrect please first update your attendee information. See your confirmation for details.

5. Wait up to 5 minutes for your verification code to arrive. Enter it into the app where prompted

6. Upon success you will be given a brief overview of the applications features and can enjoy more of the app having linked your ticket
